Frazia V. Alexander

Frazia Valerie Alexander “Trusty”, daughter of the late Herbert and Helen Marie Alexander. Frazia was born on May 31, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland. Frazia gave her life to Christ at an early age and later as an adult got baptized. She departed this life on June 4, 2022 surrounded by the love of family and friends. Frazia received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She also attended Woodstock Job Corps and Dorothy B. Lane Secretarial School. She worked various jobs including being the Nanny for Shanlei Pearl and hospitality for Martin’s West. Frazia met the love of her life Gregory Trusty in 1977 and have been in love and in like for the last 45 years. Prior to them meeting Frazia’s main man was her son Ryan O. Alexander, whom Gregory adored. From the union of Frazia and Gregory a daughter Angelyta N. Trusty Dukes was born. Frazia loved and adored her family. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to help someone in need. Frazia loved her family, she was a very family-oriented woman. She had a serious soft spot for her Grandkids whom could do no wrong even the ones with fur. Where majority of her friends was her family, especially her younger sister Roslyn whom she was very close with. She was affectionally known as Big Suge and Joe Frazier to some because her LARGER-than-LIFE personality. Frazia always had a song in her heart, sometimes the song escaped her lips. Frazia loved the 4 F’s Family, Food, Fun and Fashion! Frazia enjoyed family cookouts and gatherings. She could be the life of the party or a fly on the wall, it just depends on her “Gemini” mood. She would fuss you out and put you out then 20 minutes later ask you if you’re hungry lol. She loved to travel and go on road trips. She looked forward to her and Gregory’s annual Madeira Beach, FL trip where it was just the 2 of them. She had a special bond with her brother-in-love Sherman her waffle house buddy and smack talking partner. Frazia will be sincerely missed by all whom she has touched. She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Marie Alexander, father Herbert T. Alexander, two of her brothers Timothy & Herbert Alexander, Aunt Katherine Williams, Cousin Cheryl Williams, Brother in-Law Wilbert Trusty Jr. and In-laws Wilbert and Grace Trusty. Frazia will be sorely missed by : Gregory the love of her life; son Ryan, daughter Angelyta, daughters-in-law Shari Alexander and Kendra Trusty-Dukes; grandchildren Adia, Sa’Niya and Darius; sisters Johanna and Roslyn; brother Eric; brother in laws Sherman and Melvin Trusty; sister in laws Deborah and Wendy Trusty; nephews Gavin Harris and Sherman Trusty Jr. ; nieces Dionne, Kim, Danielle, Tamika and Monee; stepmother Laura Alexander; granddogs Major and Zaire; friend turned family Cheryl Jefferies and a host of other family and friends.
